I’m so excited to finally present the wedding of Sue & Graham. They got married on News Years day in Virginia. The ceremony automatically stands out to me. The different incorporation of prayer was powerful. I loved it. You can see an image midway through of the parents and wedding party laying their hands on the bride and groom. The reception was so lovely…it’s all in the details!

looking back at this…i ate a lot. or it seems i did. and watched a lot of tv. if everything goes as planned, next weekend will be very, very productive with lots of before/after shots to follow.

You may not know this about me, but I’m obsessed with DIY. I can’t help it. I scour thrift stores and the side of the road like a ninja! I found this gem at Habitat for Humanity. After some haggling (from Special K) and convincing the clerk, that no, I don’t need 4 chairs to go along with the stool, it was mine! I cleaned this mother with fire. Seriously, with fire. I had to take a match to a few spots that I just couldn’t get to.
When I saw the fabric, I had to have it. It’s adding a little extra oomph to the kitchen. I can just see myself sitting on it when there are not enough chairs to go around…maybe even standing on it to reach the out of reach.

I can’t tell you how many times she warned me about how “awkward” she was in front of the camera. I think she has a secret modeling career going on behind our backs! I’m sure you’ll agree after looking seeing her beautiful face.
